MoBQue is owned by father/son team, Mark and Alex Taylor. Despite working together for twenty years, they have a brilliant working relationship – and genuinely still like each other!


Using their considerable expertise, they work closely with event organisers so they understand exactly what is required. This guarantees that everything runs efficiently and smoothly, ensuring everyone can relax and enjoy the event.
Mark on Alex, “Can’t say enough how proud I am of Alex. He organises events brilliantly, and really knows how to provide great customer service. I can still beat him at table tennis though”.
Alex on Mark, “My Dad is an amazing chef. He knows exactly which herbs and flavourings to add to a dish to make it taste beyond perfect! I’ve learnt loads from him”.
All staff have completed the Food Hygiene Certificate with Mark and Alex holding the Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate. MoBQue is a happy team, who genuinely enjoy what they do.
Vegetarians can rest assured that not only will there be a good choice of food, but the cooking process will keep meat products separate. With a vegetarian wife and mother, this is a promise.
Environmental Health visits consistently award MoBQue with the maximum 5 star rating, and this applies to our storage area, as well as our outside mobile catering trailers.
